		<description>@Tom: you can use the "fade" transition with the Fx.Cycle.fade Class. 
Remotely it was possible to do this with the Glider too, but we decided to remove the "fade" mode because it shown too many  bugs in partnership with the each others modes (fix and scroll).

In conclusion, using the cycles you can obtain the same effect you'd obtain using the Glider. For more inofrmation see the article i wrote for Six Revions for instructions on how to build an image slideshow with thumbnails based navigation using the cycles.

Fix and scroll transitions are rather abrupt, slowing down the scroll helps a little, but fade is much nicer.
