In my tests, currently, the customs are centered in all the browser which moo.rd cover: IE 6 too. So this is probably an error into your code.
If you want, you can open a ticket on the dev section whenever you want to report your error: but they must have a code snippet or a link ![]()
Now, with the incredible power-up of the 1.3.1 release, the customs works perfectly in all browser, IE 6 included. And it’s not finished: now you can use the flexible Overlay Class, to create modal and fully-customizable overlay’s where the customs appears. In addiciton, you can choose whether enable the dragging, wheteher enable the drag-fade, whether enable the adjustment of the styles and many, many more.
For the scrolling too. Now you can handle the mouse wheel as you want: you can decide if it must stop the scrolling or not.
Try them out with the new SVN Download Builder and report errors on the dev section, if you find one.

Good luck!
